Transform with colour
Hello beautiful souls
We can all transform our life with the help of using colours. Colours are all around is. They are in the earth, in the air that we breathe, the sky, the sea its everywhere. We only have to look for colour and its there right in front of our eyes..
Have you every wondered why you are drawn to a certain colour and why sometimes you feel
compelled to wear just for an example a bright red top etc.....
This is because our body knows what colour is needed as every colour has its own unique energy. We are all made of energy and so thats why colours can really help us to heal.
How many of you are feeling today lacking in energy or feeling in need of some love.
Take a look at what you are wearing today you may be surprised that what ever you are wearing represents how you feel today.
Today we are looking at the colour red. Red is for energy and represents the base chakra.
Wearing Red will give you much courage and strength. It is such a bold and warming colour.
I love wearing red its gives me confidence. We can all connect with this wonderful colour.
On a healing level it will help woman with the menstruation cycle. It also helps with the flow of
blood and iron as its stimulates the flow of energy. Red is also for passion, it can fuel us and ignite us giving us the drive and determination to follow our dreams.
I would like you to take a few moments of your day and really connect to this wonderful
energising colour. Taking some nice big belly breaths stand tall and connect with the earth.
Visualise beautiful strong roots coming from you base chakra, going down through your legs
and into your feet...these roots are strong and firm and really root you into the earth. You can
feel these roots penetrating right the way through to the earth crust into the core. Feeling that strong red energy you can then bring this energy back up through your roots into your body...noticing how strong this is ...like a battery recharging its energy. This is your power base, bring it all the way up your body. Then visualise a silver thread from your crown connecting you to spirit, you can then bring the white light through your crown and all the way through your body, filling your mind body and soul of pure white light. Then ground that white light and anchor it to Mother Earth.
