RED is the colour of energy and helps with giving you courage and inner strength. On a healing level, it will help a woman with their menstrual cycle, will also help the flow of blood and iron, cellular structure of the body, fever and swellings. Will also stimulate the flow of energy around your body. Spiritual meaning - The blood of life and the passion of life. Red also offers protection and shuts off the outer world which at times can be helpful and appropriate.
